I am presently doing:

  • Staking (D.R.O.A.; C-41) for $400+tax
  • Encroachment Checks (D.R.O.A.; C-42) for $800+tax
  • Lot must be under 1/2 acre.
  • Lot must be in a modern subdivision
  • A boundary study must not be necessary.
  • Lot must lay in TMK Zone 5, 6 or 7.
  • It doesn't matter if there is a house or not!

    My usual fee for topographic work is $400/acre (undeveloped land) with 2 acre minimum. If your land is choaked with brush, remember that you are paying me $100/hour to cut it with machetes!

    My usual fee for a CPR Site Plan is $1600 provided a boundary study is not required.

  • Your name, address and phone number (also fax if you have one).
  • TMK of the property you want the work done on.
  • The nature of work you need (C-41, C-42 or Topo).
